Eastern Sierra Motor Lodge

I have no complaints, everything went smoothly and I recommend everybody staying at Eastern Sierra Motor Lodge.

Loved the location in the eastern Sierra Nevada with lovely views all around. Also enjoyed sitting on the porch at night. Everything was clean and comfortable, friendly staff.

The room was a bit small. With a family of four, there was not much space left for opening our luggage.

Spartan, but adequate for an overnight stay. The town is itself is not worth staying at (though it has an awesome view of the Eastern Sierras).

Rooms are super small, beds occupy all the space, leaving no room for the usual furniture. There is no front desk and no service of any kind. The building is merely a few feet from the busy 395 highway, with truck traffic being heard even past midnight.

Very poor forniture. Bad smelling in the room and the flush of the wc was broken. Air conditioning was very noisy and 1,5 meter high from the floor. Directly pointed on the beds. It’s the worst room I’ve booked during my travel in California, and unfortunately not the cheeper. Cleaning was not bad and the shower was more comfortable then others. There are a lot on the road, let’s choice another one.

We really enjoyed this property. No it is not a Hilton but great in its own way. It is a small motor lodge that is cute, clean, comfortable. It is 15 minutes from Lone Pine. The room is a large basic room with a very comfortable bed. There is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room. A wide range of snacks are in the rooms. (Popcorn, chips, granola bars, and sweets) We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the Adirondack chairs looking at the mountains. We were very happy with this cute motel and will be back.
