Modesto Hotel

The room and service were great. Lots of upgrades with modern look and good size tv. It’s when I leave the building homeless wondering are cars and liter in parking area

The staff was very helpful except the receptionist at night. When I came to rest from work the room was not clean! So I went to the lobby to let him know about it; He replied In a rude mood that wasn’t no body to help. He didn’t check if was another clean room available. Was the only think I wasn’t happy. This property is currently under renovation which was fine but there were lights in our roomnthat were broken. One didnt work and the other one all of sudden wouldn't turn off. We had to stick toilet paper between the light fixture and wall to keep the button down that turned it off.

First impression...made me a bit nervous with a sign that said weekly/monthly rates and feral cats everywhere. Nice staff, easy check-in. In the middle of a remodel so not ideal for a first look. Room was nicelt appointed but needed more attention to detail. Many lights didn't work, cabinets were broken. Bed was a bit firm. Overall, good enough for the price.

Under Construction

The pool was dirty and had a film on it the hot tub did not work at all, when something was said to the front desk about it they really didn't seem to care or understand what we were saying. The Wi-Fi didn't work upstairs or even in the building we were in

Worst hotel stay ever . The reserved room was given to someone else. No , the arrival was not beyond the check in time . The clerk allowed us to register , sent us to a room that was occupied. Hotel is full. Oh by the way we are keeping your prepaid fees and deposit. Wrong !! Refund is required !

Everything was comfortable and accommodating. Really caught me by surprise. Near a lot of essential establishments like, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Prime location.

Checked in to a dirty room, never cleaned. No towels, owner was rude.

The store manager came knocking on my door. It was the neighbors next to me that were loud and not me. I was upset about that. Otherwise it was great and I ordered a tub spa in my room and it wasn’t what I got. Was disappointing about that otherwise, it was great.
