Front desk staff were amazing and top-notch for the 3 nights we stayed. They greeted us by name every time we came in or out offering a personalized welcome or a gracious goodbye. Lobby was immaculate and smelled amazing. Room was clean and chic staying with the railroad theme for the district we were in. Bathroom was generous for size with a large walk-in shower. Housekeeping was only done one of the days and they missed some of the empty glasses. Would have liked them to come the other day so we didn't come back to our messy bed and wet towels. Overall, the area was perfect for our stay and the staff made our visit perfect.
Great place! Hotel feels brand-new and is located within walking distance in restaurants and staff was excellent, service was excellent, and was very nice. Highly recommend!!!

We were welcomed by Jamal and Josh, who went above and beyond in every way—professional, genuinely enthusiastic, and clearly focused on making our stay comfortable. We visit family and friends in Fishers, Indiana regularly, and this will definitely be our go-to place moving forward. Our only regret is that we only booked one night—we won’t make that mistake again!

USI always loved staying at the Hotel Nickel Plate! Great decor and awesome service. The bar and restaurant is great for happy hour drinks and breakfast in the morning. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet!
