USSuper comfortable, clean and cozy! Close to many nice attractions. The front desk team is unbelievably amazing! Special remarks for Jamal and Erick who acted as real detectives to fi d out where my son’s birthday present had been delivered! With the delivery picture at the app, they identified it had been delivered at the building across the street!!! I'm super thankful for their effort!
From the moment my husband and I walked in the hotel I knew I had picked the right place to stay for a little get away. Jamal who attended to us at the front desk was so nice and checked us in very quickly. He also checked in on us throughout are stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and my husband had the chicken salad sandwich. We walked around the Nickel Plate district and it was just adorable and very family friendly. As we turned in for the night we noted that the room was very spacious and clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel with the perfect amenities (I didn't even mention the water station!!) but the staff and especially Jamal is what made it stand out for be the perfect get away. I liked the property. It was nice, quiet, and the gentleman at the front desk that helped us check in was outstanding. My favorite feature of the hotel was the carbonated water dispensers on each floor. One nit pick about the room - the shower head could have been better. It felt cheap and the water pressure was lacking. While my check in experience was great, the lady that waited on us at check out wasn't very friendly. She even said "I'm not a nice person". She wasn't mean to us, but she didn't make us feel welcome. All and all, I would stay at this hotel again.
USHotel snob here! If you’re looking for clean, this is your place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entire area is enjoyable. Travels with 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage kids and old definitely recommend this hotel!
Parking garage has makes spots for the hotel but it doesn’t appear that enforced. We didn’t get a tag nor did the front desk take our car information so on the weekend nights it was hard to find parking. Wish the hotel would look into hanging tags or something for those “reserved” spots
USEverything was great. Small issues with the room. Shower head was not working well. Water pressure was not the best. The carpet was wet in front of the nightstand when I arrived and never dried. Lastly the bed was a bit hard and I could never get the curtain closed enough to block out the street light at night.
