J'ai trouvé une véritable pépite d'or non loin du centre de Charleston. Absolument, parfait. Le personnel très pro, et vraiment agréable, et Confortable.

Dirty facilities, hair left in drains, shower was filthy did not dare to step foot in it.

No hot water, nobody cared. Not worthy of being a Hilton property

There isn't a lot to say bad about the place. The staff was great and extremely kind, but the entire building smelt like a dispensary. Smells like someone hot boxes the elevator once every 30 minutes. It says no smoking, but you can't outrun the smell even with your door closed. Take that staff to a chain with a higher standard and ill stay but will not at this location again

My only issues with this hotel was the check-in that took forever because the front desk female that was assisting me tried to charge me twice for my room by saying my payment was declined even though I fully paid for it through Expedia. And the second issues was that, there were roaches in my room. I killed one that was on my bed. I reached out to the personnel at this location since I checked out a week ago about my complaints and no one has yet reached out to me. This hotel may seem clean but it’s definitely not. Anyway you get what you pay for and this was a quick trip but I’ll never stay at this property again.
