The rooms I reserved had a musty of smell and it seems as though it’s in the wall everything seemed new in the room but it smelled old and the mattresses we slept on needs replacing my back still aches

Voor een hotel By Hilton had ik beter verwacht... Relatief kleine kamer. Bed had een kuil, douche was een kleine cabine. Het rook er naar natte hond. Wat kan kloppen want huisdieren zijn welkom. En geen open raam om te luchten. Handvat in de deur naar de douche viel er uit bij aanraking. NB je mag je huisdier dus meenemen wat positief is maar heb je bijv astma meldt dit eerst even bij de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.

"Overbooking rooms is not cool"

Hotels.com overbooked the hotel. I paid for the room and when I arrived was told they didn’t have a king room available. It was an hour long process to finally receive a key to a double queen room. I am extremely frustrated. I spoke to customer service through chat while we tried to understand what happened, but the only thing offered was a $25 amount on my one key and confusion with my room I had already paid for. I’ve used Hotels.com for years and I’ve never had an issue.
