She took the initiative and found the number hotels.com and was able to get the confirmation to see my reservation. This was amazing because I was getting no where with chat virtual assistant.

Really great stay. Staff was amazing. Good Breakfast, clean and new rooms. We stayed with our family and had a great experience, the breakfast was good and everything in the room was brand new. Staff was super helpful and hospitable. Would definitely recommend staying here!
