Chez Hotel Arlington Heights

This is our 2nd stay at Chez and it was just a fabulous as the first time. This is our new go to hotel when we’re in town visiting family!

Property is amazing with new design and super clean

I didn't want to leave a review because I would prefer not to let anyone know how awesome this place is. Sans the moving furniture from the guests above us, not the hotels fault, the place is gorgeous. The room is so nice and large and when the upstairs terrace is open the rooms will be north of $300 a night. Get in while it is inexpensive!

Staff crowded together and chat in the lobby while phone line was busy. Lack of basic hospitality. Three star hotel it is. Flooring is constructed with poor material. Constant noise from floor up and pretty sure the floor below mine must saying the same to me. Super passive agreesive attitude from the male staff with nose piercing showed that the lack of hospitality standard.

Hotel itself was amazing, really pretty and the room was great. A couple considerations though. We could hear every footstep in the room above us. Luckily they weren't there much but when they were walking around it was incredibly loud. The bathroom light was on a timer for 1 minute and there didn't seem to be a way to actually turn it on. So when you were going to the bathroom it would turn off before you got done. And even more so while in the shower and because there was steam on the glass, you had to open the shower door to turn the light back on every minute. Other than that 10/10 haha

Upscale hotel with great experience for travellers.

My stay was wonderful and relaxing. Nice location to restaurants and shopping. Definitely would stay here again.
