Chez Hotel Arlington Heights

It was very nice place.

We stayed at the hotel last night after a very long drive — about 8 hours total — and didn’t get to our room until pretty late. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster. There was a wedding or some kind of event happening in the lobby, and the entire area was filled with loud, drunk guests. It was chaotic. When we finally got to our room, the night only got worse. The hallway was noisy all night long, and the room above us (on the 5th floor) had people partying nonstop — jumping, moving furniture, screaming, laughing. I was completely exhausted and just needed to sleep, but I woke up at least 3–4 times from all the noise. It was awful. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for any families. It felt more like a party venue than a place to rest. Never staying here again — total nightmare.

Chez Hotel was the perfect place to stay during my Chicago visit! The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with hardwood floors I might add. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was super nice, new amenities, very clean, comfy bedding, great bathrooms, great staff. Everything was really good!!!! I recommend!

My stay at Chez Hotel was absolutely amazing. It was such great stay away from home. The atmosphere was beautiful. Room service prompt and accommodating. Rated 10 plus. Will be visiting again.

Stayed a few nights. 2nd night was terrible and toilet was broken, ac didn’t work, and found out that room wasn’t supposed to be taken because of these issues. Owner said she would comp us a room the following night and we checked in again. 7 hours later they call asking if they can charge my card because it was a mistake and she meant to only give me a 10% discount… I gave them the keys and we went and paid money to another hotel because i disagree with doing business with people like that. First night was great but after that experience, I’ll never go back.

The rooms were amazing. High ceilings and comfy beds. It made for a great stay.

Very nicely decorated, large rooms close to where we needed to be. Close to the airport. The only thing we did not like is that the kitchen was off on Monday morning when we wanted to order in. That was very strange...
