Luxury at good price. The rooms were good, staff good and services were nice. View from the balcony was amazing.

Bathroom looked outdated and was a bit smelly.

View of K2..and the prime location .. I think no other hotel in Darjeeling will be having this view,next the rooms and the property its value for money .. 100 percent its worth .. each and everything no drawbacks ,you will really enjoy your stay ..

I think..the hotel must it self have to arrange cabs .. for their client .. because we don’t get cabs from the location .. as it’s walkable distance to mall road ..but due to ups and downs ..its difficult to walk ..

I liked the food since I am a vegeterian and the hotel is a complete veg hotel.

Sahil from reception was exceptionally rude and pathetic. None of the facilities of the so called 4 star properties work. No SPA NO GYM. Also PATHETIC PARKING FACILITY. My car couldnot come out from the parking lot for 1.5 days cause another guests car was parked on its way and the security didnot have an alternative. And when I expressed my disappointment Sahil shouted at me no remorse. Pathetic Simply Pathetic. DONOT STAY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
