Room was big hotel was clean from outside but not inside.

Found two big spider 🕷 in the bathroom And location too far from mall road and taxi for a km or two charges 500 to 600.

The location, spacious room.

The service could have been better. The rooms could have been cleaner. I had to ask for the shower floor to be wiped out thrice but no one cleaned the floor nor did anyone acknowledge that the floor clogged water. It was disappointing.

Excellent room. Very good view. Good and polite staff.

Toilet - no shower curtains in the toilet. Makes the whole toilet wet while having a shower. Also one wall facing outwards had a glass window with no curtains. Due to this the toilet had no privacy. Curtains need to be put on these windows

property is spacious and at good location.

one staff behaviour (Mr Suraj) was not good at par. He unnecessarily called via intercom rudely and enquired about our extension plan, when payment was already done and one staff already complete the extension process. he should enquired about all details before making a call. and after that he did not apologise for he mistake and remain abusive when I gone to reception and discussed with him. management should take action reg this type of man sitting at reception counter.

Breakfast was nice, and the variety and quality of the different dishes were excellent. Also, the sights of the hotel (room, dining room, and some common spaces) were stunning.

The staff wasn't always helpful as they should be. We had to keep asking for help/services even talking to them several times, on the phone or presentially
