"Disappointed in Marriot's Hospitality Service. Expected Better."

Rooms were clean and comfortable but sour confrontation at the desk took all that away.

There was no breakfast, which was a pretty big disappointment. We came in very tired, very late, but very happy because we had travelled all the way from San Antonio, TX. My husband was cheerful, but the clerk apparently was tired too, and would not even entertain what he thought were funny questions. She didn't even smile and made it clear that her opinion of him was that he was full of nonsense. Her sour attitude made us commit to never using Marriot again. Snooty.
