"Good"

Our shower floaded all over the room because the drain was clogged with hair. Same thing with sink. Room bare bones. Fire pit was nice.

Got to the hotel 30 mins before allowed checkin and couldn’t access doors but that was easily remedied by super friendly and helpful staff at the cafe

"No frills."

Clean, close to downtown.

This is a big time no frills hotel. No coffee maker, no ice. No work out room, no pool, no breakfast, no lobby. Expensive for what you don't get.
