LOGE Missoula

I prefer checking in with a person. Had to download an app. Asked if we could check in an hour early via text. Was told they “would” ask housekeeping. I guess they didn’t. I never heard from them again and the code didn’t activate until 4:00.

Better than expected

I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was black with dirt. Needless to say I didn’t walk barefoot. The fan on the sc was anlso very loud. Otherwise the space was good. Bed was comfortable, space was a good size, some noise but not too bad.

It was our first time staying at a LOGE property and it certainly won't be our last. The entire concept of "Live Outside Go Explore" was evident from amenities offered to the hammock hanging from the ceiling. I was slightly concerned about not having a front desk to check into - but the texting with the staff was so easy. The replies were quick and helpful. The Dog Wash Cafe had excellent espresso and pastry options. And while the actual cafe was great, I chose to sit outdoors in the hotel "outdoor living space" to enjoy the calm morning with my almond croissant and americano. :)

I was skeptical about the all tech communications, but was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked. The room was excellent, clean and quiet.

Great experience

It was efficient and easy. Loved borrowing their mountain bikes to ride around Missoula. Will definitely be back again!

No clear entrance to the establishment; no instruction as to PIN code for main entrance, door simply ajar Design of luggage cart causes tilting and spillage Barren room except for hanging hammock from ceiling could strangle a tall person walking in the dark Several power outlets don’t work Terrible overhead lighting in room Cannot turn bedside lights on or off from the bed No door on shower so water is released onto the floor Refrigerator freezer so iced over that nothing will fit (defrosting, duh) TV has TUBI (Fox-owned) as it’s only accessible service. It tries to push the guest to register your identity with the TV service so as to harvest information EVIDENTLY NO ACTUAL HUMAN EMPLOYEE ON THE PREMISES. No greeting. No hospitality. No one to help in the event of an accident or emergency. Elevator plastered with familiar and obscure stickers signify branding and perhaps cultural affiliation. Tacky. This place has no brand of its own.

great location...innovative concept...comfortable rooms.

Great concept for outdoors people. Good location in Missoula. It was hard to find the entrance. They need more signage. The cafe was a nice addition. A little expensive.
