The District Hotel Club and Resorts

The vibe was cool but my room smelled like an old abandoned house. They could definitely use some upgrades.

We did not actually come back to the room after our event. We ended up getting a hotel at a different location. Area was not in a good area of town, pictures do not necessarily match up with the pictures on Expedia.

For what it is, the District Hotel deserves a great rating.

No running water in the morning and very dirty. You pay for the location. Loud music played till 1:30 am.

Absolutely terrible. I went through three rooms before I decided to not even stay here. The shady couple dismantling their car in the parking lot should have been my cue to go elsewhere, but here's a rundown. First room - no hot water, smelled like smoke, door didn't lock, clothes rack hanging off the wall and dirty! Second room - no hot water, no shower head, no AC. Third room - warmish water, tub/shower full of pubic hair. I will say the individual working the front desk (I was told their name was Atlas) could not have been any nicer in this situation. After the third attempt at a decent room I cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. I expect a full refund for this unsanitary and unsafe hotel.

Nice and clean. Nice people and all around fun

I enjoyed having a the bar right in the area where the event was going on. The bartender was very welcoming. The front desk staff were very welcoming as well.

Everything I expected. Gabbi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay again

I love the face lift of the new District Hotel, the staff are very helpful, and let me know to contact them if I had any issues with the room. I was located right across from the Infamous Tramps, the music & busy scene was not a big issue, maybe a fridge to keep my sodas cold. It was a fun experience
