There were hairs all over the shower in the first room, and the 2nd room they gave smelled awful!

Very old and dated hotel. Sheets dont fit the bed, which admittedly is the least of your worries. There is mold everywhere, fixtures are well beyond damaged, and the entire property is crumbling. Money is being invested into the structure on cheap amenities, rather than the necessities. The people were friendly, but the place is gross.

This is a hotel that caters to the LGBT community. I love it but regular travelers should beware. Lots of gay sex goes on here often with the door and windows wide open. I had the time of my life and have never gotten so much good 🐓🐓🐓

District hotel was a lovely stay. The hotel was cozy and the room was comfortable. There was some noise from the bar next door, nothing crazy, but some music played late into Saturday night. If this is a concern, consider requesting a room on the other side. We went to Sunday Gospel at the Boom the next day and it certainly was a religious experience 😇

CHARGE-BACK COMING: Our cockroach infested room lost all water, so we were unable to use the toilet, shower or sink!

Had a great time, easy location. Plenty of things to do. Friendly staff.
