Firefall Ranch Yosemite

The lodge was operating at 30% capacity as I was informed by the receptionist however the room given to me was opposite the car park which was pretty poor today the least when so many other rooms were available

Great ranch to stay just outside Yosemite. The cabins are cute and comfortable. The amenities are incredible. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Un ranch magnifique, moderne, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est très agréable, nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les jeux pour enfants, le mini golf, les chamallows mis à disposition pour être grillés sur les braseros tous les soirs.

Le restaurant intérieur est un peu bruyant le soir.

Our cottage was well appointed and loved the indoor outdoor fire.

I loved everything about the property

We really like that the resort and all the extra amenities like the pool, hot tub, fire pits etc were nice, all the staff were friendly but the lack of cleanliness really put a damper on the overall experience. Our stay was M-F and upon arrival, I stepped on a tiny rock on the carpet and kicked it off to the patio door where it remained for days. There was hair on the shower drain that my husband had it removed by himself. We signed up for daily cleaning, Tues and Weds while out at Yosemite, our cabin was “cleaned” by the time we returned but I noticed the tiny rock was still there and more hair in the bathroom was NOT picked up so I started to question whether they actually cleaned at all. Thursday upon returning around 3pm, our cabin was still not cleaned. We waited for 2 more hours and still nobody came to clean. I called to inquire. First I was told we were not on the list of cabins requested to be cleaned, that’s false bc we signed up for daily cleaning and they’ve been coming to “clean”, then they said someone will come to give us new towels but they won’t clean and I have to ask them myself if I want my cabin cleaned. When the girl came to drop off the towels is when I learned that our cabin was NEVER cleaned. Just swap clean towels, remove garbage and they remake the bed, called SOS (stay over service)! Despite paying almost a thousand dollar a night, you do NOT get clean sheets, pillowcases, vacuumed carpet nor a clean bathroom! Do better! Very disappointing!!!

Stunning location. Very nice decor. Friendly staff. Good food. Good drinks. Onsite laundry (washing machine and dryer for $2 each, which was superb place to refresh clothes!)

Only 1 bathroom for a 2 bed cottage for 5 people. No cutlery or crockery in the cottage, so had to ask- Took ages. Not enough towels - again had to ask and took longer than expected.

FireFall Ranch was amazing!!! Can’t say enough great things about their staff, accommodations and amenities! Will definitely be back!!!
