No ice machine, the doors inside you must use key to enter, but the doors are so heavy you almost get knocked down after you scan your key, then try to squeeze thru while holding door open

Cockroaches smashed into the wall in the bathroom, the floor in the room was disgusting and sticky and oily in areas
USThey automatically put me in the wrong room. A downgraded room! Not the room that I had reserved. When I asked about changing to the right room, none were available. They hadn't been cleaned. And he said they wouldn't be cleaned until the next day! I left and went to another hotel. I recommend not going to this one. They are crooked!

USThis was the best stay overnight that I have ever seen. Everything was great customer service, comfort, price affordable and a great location. Danielle and Junior were so polite and helpful. They made my stay so wonderful. I give this place a 10! Best place in Bowling Green in my experience. I will tell all my friends about how much I loved this place.
