USUSNothing didnt stay there. The customer before me had been assigned 3 different rooms. All of them dirty. An hour later after we finally got to check in we went to our room and found it was dirty. The sheets and towels had not been changed and there was trash all over the room. We went back to the desk and was told the same thing the customer before us was told there were not any clean rooms and they had no staff to clean them. I asked for a refund, but since I went thru Booking.com I cant get a refund. Went to another hotel and was told that the city uses that hotel for the homeless.
USI asked for towels for the room multiple times (with hours being between the times I asked) and was told by the same person that the towels were being washed. I then asked that the towels be left outside our door so we could have them in the morning for showers. We did not get them, We had 3 people in the room and I had to take a shower (the others chose not to take a shower) with the bathmat as my towel. Low to No Class and the "Male" staff (night staff) was NO help at all. Failing Grade! I pat people on the back when they do good and I let folks know when they don't. Lance
