Beautiful facility with courteous staff.

The pool was not heated. It was an inside/outside pool and the cold water made it unbearable to swim. This was a highlight of the hotel and was a major reason for our visit.

"Romantic getaway in the poconos"

Everything in the hotel was 5 Star. The indoor outdoor heated pool was amazing, the other guests were friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious for both of us to get ready at the same time. Location of hotel was so peaceful and yet very close to everything. 5 Stars!

We did not eat at the restaurant in the lobby it looked too fancy for a lobby restaurant. It did not appeal to us.

The beauty of the hotel was amazing

Front desk wasn’t as welcoming as they could be nor informative , trash can weren’t empty before our stay nor when rooms were cleaned.
