The hotel is modern, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

The hotel is geared more for adults. There are restrictions for the kids in the pool after 5 pm. And it’s fine. I would love to know about it ahead of time.

Primeiro eles demoraram mais de 1 hora para liberar o quarto pra gente. Segundo no dia seguinte simplesmente não limparão o quarto e tivemos que dormir com tudo sujo. Queria pedir dinheiro da segunda estadia de volta!

Service was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our room included a pull-out bed, and despite clearly explaining that two children would be sleeping there, housekeeping dropped off a blanket and one pillow without making the bed. The lobby and common areas are tiny and offer no real privacy; in fact, the only private space is the room itself, which was not comfortable enough to spend time in. There was a persistent kitchen odor throughout the property, and both the food and wine selections were poor and extremely limited. The pool is very small—more like a kiddie pool—and dining options overall are minimal. Because of the overall discomfort, I left a day early despite having paid for two nights. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Staff, including the manager, were made fully aware of these issues, but no corrective action was taken beyond note-taking. There was a persistent kitchen odor throughout the property,

There was snow/slush on the walkway from the parking lot that should have been removed.

This place was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We will be back.

Everything was wonderful including the staff and the bed!
