Water was shut off, no hot water, tv didn’t work and room was never cleaned…

The accommodations were amazing. There was a heated pool, bathrobe, sandals, arcade games, s'more at night, and free electric bikes to use. We didn't try the restaurant, but we heard amazing things about it. Our room had an old school bathtub. Very romantic place.

This was an experience to remember! So grateful to the team at Wylder. Attention to detail. Knowledgeable of my needs. Game room 5 🌟. THEY HAVE PACMAN!!!!!!! The icing in the cake was the steam room shaped as a keg. Perfect for 2! (Thank me later) i cant remember the whole teams name.... however to each member of the wylder team; You guys rock! Forever Grateful. See you soon 🙏 My only word of advise: if you wamt to sleep in.... Request a high floor. The skii crowd hits the slops EARLY

I stayed at this hotel recently, and I must say, it felt more like a 2.5-star property trying to pass as a “4-star” thanks to Hilton’s branding. Our winter trip, especially with a young child, turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience due to the hotel’s many shortcomings. WiFi and TV Issues: The WiFi was incredibly spotty, making it nearly impossible to stream anything on their TVs, which only support Chromecast. There were no basic TV channels available, which would’ve been helpful for catching local weather or news. Adding to the frustration, the welcome screen on our TV displayed another guest’s name for an entire day of our stay, which felt careless and unprofessional. Front Desk Experience: On our first night, I called the front desk to report the TV and WiFi issues. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was told that management would follow up, but I never heard from anyone the next day. Housekeeping Issues: On the same day that management failed to reach out, housekeeping also failed to arrive—even after I submitted a request for service. We returned from a day of skiing to find trash still in the room and unmade beds. With no one responding to my requests, I ended up using a grocery bag I had on hand to manage trash. No Room Service or Dining Options: There’s no room service at all, and the only on-site restaurant had a 2+ hour wait for dinner. My daughter and I were turned away entirely, which left us scrambling for food. Resort Fees and Inconveniences: To top it all off, they charge $50 per night in resort fees—yet there’s no service to back it up. The front desk is located in a separate building, and since no one answers the phone, addressing any issues required bundling my 4-year-old in snow clothes and boots to trek over in freezing temperatures. This level of inconvenience and lack of service is unacceptable for a property claiming to be 4-star. Final Thoughts: If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly recommend avoiding it in the winter, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and logistical challenges made our stay far more stressful than it needed to be. This was not the quality or experience I expected from a Hilton-branded property claiming to be 4-star.

Lovely Hotel in Upstate NY. 5 minute ride to Windham Mountain. Love the oaky vibe in the rooms. The bedding is not my taste but its still pretty new and in nice shape. The mattress was super comfortable and of great quality. Orange bed frame in 10 years will look tacky (just thinking long term). Staff at concierge desk were great. Very helpful and full of advice. Bar, restaurant and Bakery were lovely. The fire pits were fun. Looking forward to come back in warm weather with our awesome Harry the pup.

People smoking pot on their patios and balconies. Why do I have to smell that garbage? And one staff member told us that she was three hours late for work. She also mentioned that they worked really hard for Christmas holiday crowds…guess what I work hard too. Im on vacation so zip your lip. Thanks.

Great location; close to Windham Mountain Cosy rooms and picturesque grounds with stunning views Within walking distance to a cafe, Italian restaurant and ski hire store Friendly staff and shuttle to the slopes (Thank you Nick!)

No kettle, tea or coffee in room - you need to walk to the main building and it’s not always set up Unfortunately limited recreational activities during our stay, which I believe was when kids returned to school, despite resort fee No breakfast option provided when hotel restaurant was closed (during our stay) TV has no local channels and only works if you cast through your phone. We couldn’t stream Netflix because it does not allow casting through phone to TV.
