USthe staff were very congenial and helpful. the room fulfilled my needs and if needed i would stay again.
the fact that i could not amend length of my stay. this wasn't on hotel but rather booking.com. i was advised my electric restoration in my home would take up to 4 days so i reserved a room accordingly, booking for 4 nights. when i learned work would be completed in 2 days, booking.com would not allow me to amend dates.

USUSUsed to love it till the staff banned me from the hotel with zero explanation. Other than I left bad reviews on Google which never happened so don’t sleep on the fact I’m crawling up that corporate ladder .
The entire staff is disgusting , rude , racist and all around terrible human beings . They also hate wheel chair users.
