WoodSpring Suites Port Orange - Daytona Beach

The night check-in clerk was very personable. The morning staff was nowhere to be found. According to the cleaning personnel, the front desk person wasn't even on the property.

We purchased a king bed - paid in full in advance and confirmed our arrival time between 7-8pm. We arrived were told there were no more king bed rooms available. We would have to settle for less. The coffee machine did not work - no staff present knew how to make it work - other guests commented it hadn't worked the entire time they had been there - this was after 9am when it was posted it was available from 6am-11am. Three (3) hours and no one got any coffee nor was any staff concerned the service wasn't available. The bathtub facet was nit installed properly - at some point there was a lot of white caulk applied to the tile in an attempt to secure the facet ro the wall, Not the proper way to address a plumbing fixture issue. There were no hand towels, no tissue, no utensils or kitchen items for use with the kitchen area of the room.

I didn't stay at this place. They booked me and called and said that they were overbooked

Easy to find. The address is wrong, but all I had to do was go on down the road to find the property.

Staff was unfriendly. The smell in the room was very strong. I’m assuming they use some kind of different cleaning supplies and the smell was just off putting when entering the room. The pillows are very small and uncomfortable. Needed 4 instead of 3 pillows.

Great location for me 5 minutes from family. Staff was great super friendly and helpful, hotel is still pretty new construction everything still new and clean. Staff was always cleaning.

Only thing was no blow dryer for my hair, but now I know for next time! :)

This is a long term stay with no kitchen utensils or pots and pans.

Mostly quiet disability acess room easy to exist in and right on first floor I just can’t stand every time I stay here some loud family is alway a room above me stomping and sounding like they are demolishing the room on top of mine so that type of crap I cannot stand. Otherwise place is great .

The other loud ass guests mostly I think that every one needs to be respectful especially when they are right by a handicap room as a sick woman in a wheel chair I can’t stand the disrespect of other patrons.

THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST

SMELL OF PETS IN ELEVATOR AND COMMON AREAS, ROOM NOT READY AT 3:00 CHECKIN, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM. HAD TO TAKE DIRTY TOWELS TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET NEW FRESH TOWELS,

The bed was good,staff was friendly and helpful,the lobby was the nicest place in the building

When I plugged in microwave and fridge sparks flew out of outlet,big dogs in rooms barking all day, we have a little dog but we do not leave him unattended.Dead bugs on the . t.v stand and on the ceilings dropping off to the floor.The hall way carpets need to go. They were stained and stinky..Strong smell of smoke in all hallways. People live there and they are outside drinking beer and smoking weed kids running around outside tell 1:00 in morning. We felt our car wasn’t safe so we moved it by front door and ask them to watch it. We will never stay there again..
