The beds were awful and made a lot of noise on the wooden floor and the elevator smelled like wet dog. Other than that everything was fine.

The room was dirty, bins full and bed unmade, the following day I asked for it to be cleaned and while the reception managed to get the bed changed the room was still dirty and the bins still full.

Room had dirty bathroom, no sheets on the beds, hadn’t been cleaned had to wait in the lobby almost an hour for them to clean our room. Spoke to manager about a possible discount and she wasn’t willing to assist in any way. She said she fired the housekeeper over our issue.
