Bloom Hotel - Medicity Gurugram

Comfortable bed as well as clean and tidy... budget friendly hotel.

The room was nice and had the amenities I could need

The bathroom was a bit small but manageable. My main problem with the hotel was that I had my booking at one of the Bloom hotels and apparently they gave away my room to someone else that day, so at first they couldn’t even find me in the system when they did they asked me to move to a different location. They also changed my room from superior to a standard but expected me to pay the same price and didn’t budge. Their own employee booked a cab for me to go to their other location but he put the one that was like 200m away from the actual location so I had to move thru 3 hotels. All this happened around midnight after a whole day of me travelling. If this all didn’t happen to me I do think the hotel is value for money and not bad for a short stay.

Large clean room good location close to near medanta hospital.

I really appreciate the hitel and restaurant good food and clean crispy rooms, staffs are polite and responsible.

All the facilities are really good room are well maintained.

Excellent cleaning hygiene environment with very humble staffs
