Cleanliness and hygiene.

1) shower support broken 2) staff did not supply dental kit even upon asking twice. Kept saying yes yes 3) intercom phone from rome was malfunctioning. 4) Aircon kept making large sound making it difficult to sleep

"Nice place and clean place, the staff is nice. Location's great. Price is good."
