Charming 4BR 2BA Only 5 Mins Downtown Riverwalk

There was plenty of space.

This house was remodeled as cheaply as possible in order to be used as a rental. The couch is a futon, very uncomfortable, the chairs in the living room are like outdoor wooden chairs also very uncomfortable. The beds would have been ok if the metal frames didn’t creek every time you moved. The shower liner was very thin and wanted to stick to you when running hot water. The fridge does not work properly, I had read previous reviews that stated it didn’t work so I reached out to the property to ask about it and they told me it does work….food we placed in the spoiled, we had to move drinks to the freezer to chill them, they didn’t freeze even though they were in there for four days. The washer didn’t want to spin and the dryer would not shut off on its own. That’s just the inside issues, on the outside…the neighborhood is awful! There were 6 trash cans right outside the fence and people were constantly rummaging through them, there neighboring homes had so much garbage outside them, very rundown and highly homeless population.

We didn’t have a working refrigerator and it was not in a good neighborhood.

House was fine . Plenty of room.

Location was not what we expected. Should of did more research on location. We didn't have internet for most of the second day we stayed. I tried messaging the property to see what was happening but never got a response.

Absolutely horrible location. Homeless people all over, not at all safe place to live. Roaring cars till early morning. Scary looking neighbors. And manual said we had to clean everything in the kitchen before leaving. NO DISHWASHER IN THE UNIT. Very very disappointing experience.our kids were very disappointed with the whole experience. We were looking forward to a great family weekend but couldn’t enjoy at all.

We didn’t like anything about this property. We arrived and kept our food in the fridge, without realizing fridge wasn’t working. Next morning when i opened the fridge for milk, weird smell was coming, when checked we realized fridge wasn’t working, food was spoiled,. Need full refund immediately. Horrible location. , homeless people all over. Till early morning loud noises from cars, neighbors were very scary and noisy . Would never recommend to anyone. It’s a very basic property. Beds were horrible, mattresses were uncomfortable in all the rooms. All of us has backache Will never stay here again.
