Kashintei Shirahama

Our stay at Kashintei Shirahama in Nyuto Onsen was absolutely perfect. The ryokan offered a serene and refined atmosphere, with impeccable service, exquisite food, and a breathtaking view right in front of the beach. The onsen onsite was a true highlight—peaceful and rejuvenating. Every detail, from the ambiance to the professionalism of the staff, made our experience unforgettable. Our 5-year-old also had a wonderful time, feeling warmly welcomed and enjoying the calm and beauty of the place. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic retreat in Tohoku.

丁寧な接客で、お料理も豪華でした。 他のお客様との接触がほぼなく、静かで過ごしやすかったです。

角の大きい部屋は、ダイニングルームが部屋内にあるので、お食事の準備をお部屋に準備しに来てくれました。良くない訳ではないが、待ってる間申し訳なく感じてしまいます。

Perfect location right on the lake. Don’t miss a swim on the beach right in front with a magical backdrop of mountains and a beautiful sunset! Absolutely spotless full marks for cleanliness even by Japanese standards, thoughtful touches at every point, even more thoughtful menu. We were very impressed ( and we have been to many luxury ryokans).

玄関を上がってからエレベーター内も廊下も部屋も畳で大変気持ち良く、お部屋の中にある個室ダイニングルームでのお食事も美味しく、とてもゆったりと快適な滞在となりました。 大浴場に行く際に使う素敵なカゴが浴衣セットと一緒にお部屋に置いてあり、テンションが上がりました！ シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープを部屋風呂用にフロントで貸していただきました。かわいい小さなボトルに入っていて、感動しました。 露天風呂と大浴場の間の網戸が修理されていたら、全て5スターにしました。

The service is exceptional. All staff members are friendly and attentive. Onsen is well maintained. The place is kept spotlessly clean. Dinner and breakfast are Michelin class. We are rather surprised that one of them can communicate well in English.

食事がとても美味しく秋田の味を堪能させて頂いた。 スタッフの接客も最高でした。

お風呂がもう少し大きいと良いです。

ホスピタリティの高い、居心地の良い旅館でした。機会があれば、また行きたいです。
