Lovely location and a great room with a good outlook

Very expensive for the simplicity of the offering and poor options for self catering in the area. Do not book unless you have food included. Not worth it.

館内はとても清潔で、落ち着いた和の雰囲気が心地よかったです。スタッフの方々も親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで丁寧に対応していただきました。

This place was superb. The hospitality by all the staff members was incredible. We arrived earlier than the check in time and it was snowing and so windy outside, the staff let us wait in the lobby with hot coffee. The room itself was beautiful and large enough for our family of 6. It had a beautiful view over the lake. The futon beds were very comfortable. Even my 65 year old mother liked them. The food was so wonderful, we were able to try Akita regional specialities. The onsens were great and we appreciated being able to use the private family bath with our children. We would highly recommend this place for a wonderful Ryokan experience.

非常乾淨的飯店，全棟飯店都鋪上塌塌米，連電梯內也是。入內需要脫鞋，飯店服務人員會幫你收鞋子、或是幫你準備好鞋子。用餐的地方就在你房間門口對面，用餐氣氛極佳。24小時開放溫泉，有家庭風呂與露天風呂。鄰近田澤湖畔，落日很漂亮。
