Our stay was excellent. The staff was super friendly and our luggage waited for us in our room after we sent them from Osaka. We forgot our Apple Watch at the hotel after checkout, but after messaging the property on booking.com they found the watch and put it inside our luggage before they sent it to us. This is the best property we’ve stayed at in Japan in our 3 weeks here.

"Great choice in Kyoto"

Hotel is quite new, in an excellent location, close to a subway station and lots of good restaurants within a short walk. Enjoyed the private onsen. Rooms are on the smaller side, as you expect in Japan, but well thought out with everything you need.
