We loved the friendly welcome. Staff super friendly and go out of their way to provide an excellent service. The property is traditional and beautiful. Rooms feel very authentic. Beds duvets and pillows are the most comfortable we slept in. Best shower we had in japan so far. Location perfect. Whole stay was perfect.

Traditional ryokan with atmosphere. Lots of room. Separate modern bathroom but near our room. Great breakfast options. Very friendly staff. Great location.

Genuine Japanese Ryokan. Whilst it is an old building with all the quirks that come with age the whole experience was wonderful

Charming Ryokan within walking distance of train station and all the main sites. On a pretty street with nice shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast.
