The location is very close to Yokohama station, make it easier for us to travel to Tokyo. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is big and CLEAN. At the 1st day the room cleaner did not change our glass at the bathroom section, but after we let her know, she always change it, really appreciate it! The hotel is modern as well, we are looking forward to staying here again. 5 stars from us!

Sehr gute Lage am Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Waschmaschine gebucht, was sehr praktisch war.

The beds in twin room are comfy, and everythings was included. Silent enough without hearing the train passby. Room services for everyday is available. It was closer to the Yokohama Station N.West Exit, takes around 5 mins to the hotel.

Great location. Room small but good lighting. Clean. Comfortable. Super close to Yokohama train station. Will continue to stay here when next in Yokohama.

Not the friendliest at the cafe downstairs. Small question on breakfast and fobbed off. Although potentially a language barrier. Although didn’t seem interested in assistance.
