部屋の広さが良かった。

The staff were so professional. The room had a glorious view. The gorgeous bakery on the ground floor. The space!! Comfortable bed. The hotel was immaculate and the service impeccable.

Spacious room with good interior design, separate shower & toilet, good beddings. Special thanks to Taguchi-san, he is helpful for our late checkin (around 22:00) with smooth arrangement.

Distance from Yokohama JR Station, somehow it is fine for 10 minutes walking.

Very conveniently located on top of a small cluster of restaurants, and had direct access to Yokohama station with more malls and food and transport access. Room was very spacious by Japan standards. As a Muslim tourist, there were a couple of nearby halal options.

It was a little confusing getting into the hotel, because reception is on the 4th floor of what looks to be a regular shopping mall from the outside. Signage could have been improved.

We liked the location of the hotel The breakfast was very good although we would have liked more fruits.

The standard room is really small with no place for our clothes (we stayed 7 nights)

両親のために予約しました。ロケーション、清潔感、おしゃれさ、素敵なカフェがもあり、アクセスも分かりやすかったです。チェックイン、チェックアウトは自動でしたが案内の方もいてアテンドしてくださいました。ありがとうございました♪朝食も美味しかったようです。

Tolle Lage. Direkt beim Bahnhof. Es hat einen tollen service.

Die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig schwierig zu bedienen.
