When I booked the place, it said I wouldn’t get a view of Mt. Fuji. When we arrived, we were in awe! The room we got had an amazing view of the mountain and hakone shrine. The only thing that we had an issue with was checking in. We had the online check in and had to do the check in on the tablet in the stay. We had trouble finishing the check in process due to the video call, but checking out was very easy!

amazing stay! We had our own private on and dry sauna. When we arrive, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks. I agree that a little bit more noise proofing would be good perhaps putting some pads on the bottom of the heavy chairs.
