Amazing retreat, with postcard view of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashinoko. One caveat is that the residence is unmanned, meaning that you can’t access to property, let alone drop luggage, until check-in time.

We loved all the amenities. The foot bath and private onsen were incredible!

This was absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It is beautiful. Clean. Spacious. We booked a double room up on the third floor. We spent hours enjoy in the footpath, soaking in the hot spring bath, and relaxing in the sauna. I had a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 11. We wish we took more advantages of the extra amenities like for food. The toiletries, coffee and free items were amazing extras. I know when we come back we will book this place again. And definitely stay longer. This place was worth every penny. We got so lucky to have clear sky’s up until the day we left. We were also a very short walk to the bus depot and boat rides. A 15 walk to the Torii Gate and 15 minutes or so to the Hakone Check Point. Many places to get food within walking distance.

Modern apartment with sufficient amenities. However, bedrooms do not have windows which would have been better. Otherwise, spacious living area and nice view

Beautiful property with amazing view, if you get the first floor, be aware that your view may be blocked by trees
