Can’t beat the view for this place. I just really hope the in suite osen can be warmer or at least it can be like the foot bath, we can adjust the temperature to be warmer - especially in the winter

Took the lake view room and the view was breathtaking. Hotel was luxuriously equipped with everything we needed and more (we could hardly believe a telescope was provided to admire the scenary and stars!) Complimentary welcome sweets (white Mont Blanc cake), cheese, and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge made the stay additionally memorable!

This room has a gorgeous view of Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji. The view beats any other view of Mount Fuji including fuse from Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako. Simply stunning and one of the most gorgeous view of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I will definitely go back someday.

The view was amazing. Onsen was amazing. Wake up to view of Mt Fuji almost every other day, when it is not cloudy. 7eleven and Lawson is just a walk away. Bus stop is right next door. Only downside is the cleaning service was not provided on daily basis. Maybe we need to call them but we didnt bother to. Perfect stay, view and location.

A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing. It could fit two people, and we loved how the doors opened up to look at the view. We were on level 2 and if you can I would suggest trying to get a room level 3 or higher as we did have some maple trees which partially obstructed our view. It was still lovely but you would have a clear view of the lake and beyond from the floors above. It was easy walking across the road to 7-11, or to the couple of restaurants in the area. The complimentary drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. We appreciated the in-room washing machine, and the big projector tv was great. A very relaxing place to stay in the middle of our Japan trip.

Very nice accomodation with your own private onson. Every mod con you can think of in the room including projector and screen. Great views from balcony. Restaurants close early in the area (like 6pm) so stock up grocery’s.

Exactly as described. One of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The view over Lake Ashi is fabulous, especially from the room’s Onsen. Everything we needed. It was perfect.

Loved everything about this property and all amenities. Especially the view. Only thing missing was an iron for clothes.
