This place was the highlight of our trip to Japan. We had 4 adults and 4 children with us. It was amazing! Very close to the bus stop and 7/11 was 24hrs. Would definitely come back in the future. Received email 24hra hours before with the code to get into the building and room. We had no issues.

If you want to relax and have a bit of peace and quiet from the busy crowds of the city then Moto Hakone is the area. The accomodation was to our liking qe enjoyed the private onsen as well as the foot bath outside. Beautiful view of Lake Ashi and 12-15 min walk to the Torii gate of Peace. Easy check in and was easy to find. Would defs recommend for others!

Absolutely stunning property, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The sauna & onsen over looking the lake was memorable. Convienent access to all major attractions, easy to get around and see the beautiful Hakone area

環境十分靚，對住富士山，唯一可惜溫泉水不太夠熱。有煮食用具，可自己購買食物打邊爐和BBQ,下次要訂2晚才夠時間好好享用所有設施.

Absolutely loved the location right on Lake Ashi. However, no luggage storage which was a huge bummer as bus station had limited storage. We had a lot of difficulty using the washer/dryer without instructions in English. Overall, a great property.

AMAZING. Not a ton of food options during the week, but the hotel itself along with the views it provides is far worth it!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Easy checkin and check out with a tablet. Personal onsen was relaxing and just what we needed. We didn’t use the footbath but it looked good. Everything was clean and well maintained and easy too use. Location was perfect will a view of Mt Fuji. Completely worth the extra coin. Only criticisms is that the entrance sign could be more obvious, it was hard to see the small sign after a long bus ride and train ride. We couldn’t get the vending machine app to work but a good 7-11 was very close.
