Very good and comfortable and the staff are veru good and coaprative, the property is clean

Sounds of animals and birds in the first floor are so noisy and annoying They offer inly one bottle of water and if i need second one should i pay for it

Room and location is good.

A/C was turning on and off 3 Time's. Washroom was smelling badly. Staff is 2floor away. No sufficient cooling at reception areas. Breakfast location is at basement location when no good ventilation. At breakfast area cockroaches found so hygiene is bad.

Room is big and a nice big bed.very spacious room with plenty of storage space

No towel rail and clothes hooks in the bathroom. Bathroom accessories like toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit etc should be supplied and we shouldn't have to ask for it. Most important: There's no mini bar or fridge. I a city like Hyderabad where summer temperatures are above 40°C and winter temperatures in tge 30s, we need access to cold water, s I ft drinks ,ice cream. Also to st I re kids milk and food. The hotel should not be allowed to be called a 3 star hotel... Quality of bed linen, pillows and towels need to be better.
