Location, clean big room and comfortable bed

Nothing works!! No hot water for 2 days, no towels despite multiple requests, TV & wifi working only intermittently, staff unhelpful & not customer focused

"Exceptional"

The ambience and the location of the hotel was very good. Market is accessible and particularly the road view of the room was nice. Room service was good too. But the rates of the room seems little high.
