Comfy bed, location Amazing, parking facility with clean Bathroom

Door lock both Bathroom and Main door is broken.

Before booking showing no payment needed. After booking they call me several times and ask for advance payment.

They only ask for advance payment several times…the coustomer service sending link every time for payment. And last they cancelled the hotel

The bed size is too small and uncomfortable pillow the location is not so good

The veg dinner that I ordered (kadai paneer) was terrible. The room has a foul odor.

The staff is good and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous.

The Google Map took us through village roads before reaching the hotel, because the address mentioned in the booking. Com site did not contain enough details. The village road was dangerously steep and hilly. We did not know about the other road. Secondly, the hotel has specific timing for even lunch and dinner and tea. They want the dinner order before 8 and they have specific lunch time. When they don't have enough food stalls or restaurant around, they should re-consider their timing. The lift stopped working once, my mother has a leg injury and we had to work hard on helping her climbing the stairs to the first floor. Even their ground floor has stairs. Although it was fixed later, but it was late.
