Very clean room & good hospitality... Breakfast included is in very good condition...

Ward drop should be as almirah . Cloth hanging facilities should be given in the room...The towel & bath shop should be in the room...

We did not stay. They arbitrarily cancelled our booking

I like the breakfast and also serving us in bed and the staff were cool polite we gonna visit again

I had booked this hotel after reading amazing reviews about it but my personal experience was poor. Extremely poor service. Our room was not ready till late in the evening even though we had booked it early morning. We were not provided with towels and soap for 3 hours despite calling them again and again. Had to call the receptionist multiple times for basic amenities like water, glass, towels, soap. We had already told them for early breakfast the next day which was already included in our tariff. However we were not provided with even an omelette for 1 hour 15 mins and had to leave empty stomach. Had to call the hotel owner in the morning to pay bills as there was nobody on the reception desk.
