This hotel is great value for money. The room was small but clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was central, making it easy to access the city’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. Stayed here for a night, but wouldn’t return. The room was basic and didn’t match the photos. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. AC was noisy and not very effective. Staff interaction was minimal, and service felt slow. Overall, the place feels overpriced for what it offers.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled awful. The bed sheets had stains, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning barely worked. The ceiling fan made so much noise I couldn’t sleep all night.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Had to ask multiple times for basic things like towels and water. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there.

The food was stale and tasteless. It seemed like leftovers from days ago. I ended up with a bad stomach. The hotel didn’t care at all when I complained.
