"I didn’t stay due to the fact that I wasn’t allowed to have my check in since I’m an international guest! So sad 😞"

There’s nothing interesting at the hotel💔🚮

They don’t allow international guests, as it was the reason for them not to accept my check in! I’m so disappointed that the receptionist told me not to cancel my booking so as I can be refunded within 24hrs, but now I’m told that I can be refunded in anyhow! How’s that even fair? So it means I paid for nothing? While it wasn’t my faults since they didn’t make it clear to the app that, they don’t receive international guests! I thought I could enjoy my trip, but ended up looking for another hotel at the same night time and it was so tiresome! So pls refund my money back💔🚮🙌

"Worst staff possible"

The Itsy hotels GM Residency has the worst possible staff I have ever faced as a tourist. Me and my friend arrived at 1AM at the hotel. When arriving, the reception informed us no foreigners are allowed to stay in this hotel. We booked selecting and mentioning our Dutch nationality, and we did never receive any information from the hotel that we are not allowed to stay with them. The staff was just laughing at us that we have to find a new place in the middle of the night. Avoid this place if you can.
