As it was treebo property, they provided AC in the hot summer in Chandigarh at low rate. The interior of the hotel was good.

Cleanliness was not at all maintained. We got dirty towels, the bed cover had a hole in between and the bed also seemed dirty and it seemed they hadn't washed it since long. The soap in bathroom for handwash as well as bath weren't refilled and were empty. We had confirmed beforehand with treebo if the hotel will be able to provide breakfast early morning at 8 as we had to checkout early. The hotel delayed the breakfast till 9 and gave just 1 sandwich for 2 people. They didn't even want to give breakfast willingly. The property asked for rest of the payment at night at 1 AM when we checked in, but they didn't show the same promptness in service, which was disappointing. While checking out, we saw people coming from outside for tea and the hotel agreed to serve them, maybe it was a daily thing. I feel that is dangerous, allowing unknown local people to have food there and that too when they were getting delayed while serving the customers! We have stayed at treebo hotels before which had much better service but this hotel was run like a cheap lodge. The location is bad too.

Doesn't mention foreigners are not allowed on listing. Doesn't answer messages ahead of time whether foreigners not allowed. Doesn't cancel booking when turned away, allowing this review.
