I travelled with my family for a stay at itsy hotel twin falls, when i reached the hotel location there was no way to reach hotel with my elderly parents and there is no power at hotel and no power backup, i was shocked and returned back without check-in. this experience shocked me and my family

Breakfast was okay but limited to a South Indian palate. The location was very bad with mud all over. Our vehicle got stuck and couldn’t move out of the hotel until noon next day

They could have informed about the way to the hotel being covered with mud and water and that the vehicle would skid. There was no water when we checked in and the caretaker was a very rude guy who has no interest to help. Dirty towels were provided on asking for cleaner ones thrice. No soap or toiletries given. There was no power backup. The water came for 10 mins and then no more for the whole night until 9 am for 10 mins again

We stayed here for one night, and the experience was a complete letdown. The 115€ price is totally unjustified given the poor condition of the 2 rooms and facilities they provided us. • Dirty bedsheets – we had to ask for them to be changed. • Towels had holes. • Room was not cleaned properly. • Old, uncomfortable bed. • Broken water tap in the toilet. • The entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. Even before arriving, the experience was unpleasant. We were pressured over the phone to pay the full amount for the booking quickly because they claimed the hotel was “getting full.” In reality, several rooms were still available, which made us feel manipulated and misled. Also, despite Booking.com stating that payment would be made at the property, we were forced to pay in advance via money transfer – a major red flag that added to our unease. To make things worse, the road leading to the hotel is in an awful state. It’s muddy, narrow, full of potholes, and completely unsuitable for regular cars. Our vehicle got stuck on the way in, and we had to get help to move forward. There are no signs or warnings about the road condition, which is unacceptable for a hotel advertised to international tourists. The only positive: the receptionist was kind and smiling, and the staff were polite. But friendliness cannot compensate for the serious hygiene issues, dishonest practices, and poor access. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing such properties. We felt scammed, and this was a disappointing experience we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
