The complimentary breakfast was very delicious. The property staff Gita was really helpful.

Room was good and stay was nice. Toilet had bad odour and seat was very small and uncomfortable. Staff was soft spoken and overall stay was decent. Reaching hotel is little difficult but manageable.

Very poor experience with this worst hotel....mainly for their receptionist behaviour with the customers...she doesn't know the spelling of hospitality,,, So rude and using unpleasant words...and she claims that the property is belongs to her.... No proper check in as mentioned in the booking app... No free cancellation,no free modification...no free booking Wrong information in booking.com app After we booked from the hotels we will receive a message to pay half of the money.... location approximately 5 km from the ooty bus stand....no proper roads for this hotels....wrongly mentioned as 2km in booking .com ....worst rooms.... no pleasant feeling inside the rooms broken pipes,too smelly toilets broken walls, it is not at all worthy for Rs 3000/- but mentioned as Rs 2400/- Then their free breakfast 1 idly 1 dosa that too...you can't take because the sambar and chutney they are providing is old and refrigerated . Broken Bathroom doors....if we ask about this she is simply saying that you can cancel the room...and says we can't refund You should ask in booking app.... every customer who has truly came to their hotels giving 1 star.....ratings She itself posting 5 star ratings by paid reviews Don't trust....and don't come to this place

Excellent staff behaviour. Bedrooms are good.
