FabHotel Golden Temple Paradise 50 meters from golden temple

Amazing location and great price. A staff member kindly helped me to find an ATM at checkout as the card payment machine didn't work. Good WiFi.

Room was pretty grubby - just needs a good deep clean and nowhere near as spotless as the photos suggested. In fact, cleaning was pretty ad-hoc - one time the corridor was piled high with empty plastics and other rubbish being sorted in the corridor by my room. Bed was ok but made a loud crack when first sitting on it every time. Seems to be one hotel with four or five different names and signs, (presumably to game the reviews?) and it meant it was tricky to find - it's on the opposite side of the street to what the map shows.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel staff was very friendly. The house keeping department was super helpful. The food quality was very good. Definitely a must visit for the next time as the stay was very good
