Proximity to Gurudwara

There was no sign outside the hotel, management is by Fab but actual hotel name is different. Towels extra dirty, blanket stinking, only positive was proximity to the Gurudwara

Nothing much about this place to be honest . The staff was very arrogant . The food was utter crap and the staff was trying to rip off even while making payment for breakfast . Would just make up numbers and take money . And when I countered them after calculating properly they would just return some part of it even without proper apology and not even then not the correct amount

We requested the checking time as 9 am at the time of Booking . They said ok . And then when we arrived at 9, the guy at the counter was very arrogant and started saying if the room is not ready how can he give us a room . And asked us to sit and wait with all our luggage near the reception itself . We were finally given a room around 10:30 when we told them we will look for other options in your hotels . While the room was getting ready they told us to go up and have breakfast .anyone would this is a complimentary breakfast . The kucha was burnt . The sandwich has some smelly sauce in it . Alu paratha was ok . And tea was like sugar in water with a hint of milk. And we were surprised when they said it was not complimentary! They gave us one room and then in 30 mins asked us to move to a different room, cause someone else wanted 2 rooms adjacent to each other. It was so much of inconvenience. Even for water I had to call them thrice . For fixing water heater I called them once , the guy came , checked and said he will come back , but he never came back . Almost all interactions were like this . The cleaners when asked to change the sheets would act like they haven’t heard us . And the room we finally got smelt of cigarette and there were burn holes all over the sheets. When I told them about the smell, they said they will bring an air freshener . But no surprises , the freshener never came. And one more shocking thing was the location of the hotel. Though it says close to golden temple , it’s located near the back gate of the golden temple . And the street leading to this hotel from the temple is a mud street . Dusty as hell and gets very muddy if there’s a rain . The hot water was pathetic . And wasn’t even enough to fill a bucket with hot water before it went all cold and then we had to wait for 20 mins or so for the water to get heated again . There was a kettle in the room for heating water and this kettle was full of milk stains and was all yellow inside .

I did not try their food services. Nothing to like really in this property.

The actual facilities did not match what was shown on your website. Very disappointing.. the wifi services had to be asked for and was so slow.. room cleaning was not done during our entire stay. No facility for hot water to make tea/coffee. Tv was there physically but no channel worked.
