Staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant… views of Kanchenjunga were amazing… well maintained, spacious, quality hotel located in Kalimpong!

Pool needs updating, although nice infinity look!

House keeping staff very good. restaurant staff service very poor. Come to this hotel if you have your own car as to and from to town is extremely costly and very difficult to go on foot. Restaurant staff suraj very rude and highly disrespectful to senior citizen .other waiters are good though.

Hospitality of the staff starting from front desk speciality Tania & her team was awesome. In Restaurant team Sowmadip, and his colleges hospitality is more than home.

If possible to keep some indore games I'm future. In case of rains people can play some TT to spend time & physical fitness.
